    (15) تتضمن الحقوق المالية أو الائتمانية التي يتمتع عضوٌ نقابي بها: (أ) الحق في عدم دفع رسومٍ أو غراماتٍ ثقيلة الوطأة أو مفرطة؛ (ب) الحق في الاطلاع على تقارير وافية ومفصلة عن جميع المعاملات المالية وفق ما ينص عليه قانون النقابة التأسيسي وقانونها الداخلي؛ (ج) الحق في الحماية من جباية غير قانونية لرسومٍ مستحقة أو مساهمات أخرى؛ (د) الحق في المطالبة بإيصال استلام كلما سُدِّدت رسومٌ مستحقة أو مساهمات أخرى؛ (ﻫ) الحق في منع استخدام أموال المنظمة لأي أغراض أو أهداف غير تلك المنصوص عليها صراحةً في قانون النقابة التأسيسي وقانونها الداخلي إلاّ بقرارٍ كتابي تعتمده أغلبية الأعضاء في اجتماع عام يُدْعى لعقده لهذا الغرض بالذات وفق الأصول؛ (و) الحق في طلب أو اشتراط تقييد أو إصدار إيصال استلام بكل دخل أو ريع تجنيه النقابة وبكل نفقة من نفقاتها؛ ويجب أن يشكِّل كل قيد أو إيصال جزءاً من سجلاّت النقابة المالية؛ (ز) الحق في عدم دفع ضريبة مقدرة خاصة أو غير ذلك من الرسوم غير العادية دون إذن؛ (ح) الحق في عدم اقتطاع رسوم الاشتراك في النقابة مباشرةً من الراتب أو الأجرة دون إذن لأغراض ضرائب مقدرة خاصة أو لدفع أتعاب محامٍ أو غير ذلك من الرسوم غير العادية دون إذنٍ كتابي يحمل توقيع الموظَّف حسب الأصول؛ (ط) الحق في التصويت على مكافآت المسؤولين النقابيين؛ (ي) الحق في عدم دفع ضريبة مقدرة بلا مبرر لتمويل حلقاتٍ دراسية بشأن العلاقات العمالية وغير ذلك من الأنشطة ذات الصلة بالعلاقات العمالية؛ (ك) الحق في أن يطلب من أمين الخزينة وغيره من المسؤولين في النقابة تقديم حساب فعلي وصحيح لأموال وممتلكات النقـابة؛ (ل) الحق في طلب مراجعة الحساب وفق الأصول وإثبات دقته في إقرارٍ كتابي مشفوعٍ بيمين تُسلَّم نسخةٌ منه إلى وزير العمل والتشغيل؛ (م) الحق في فحص دفاتر الحسابات وغيرها من سجلات النقابة المالية وفي الحصول على تقارير وافية ومفصلة من المسؤولين فيها ومن ممثلياتها عن جميع المعاملات المالية وفق ما ينص عليه القانونان التأسيسي والداخلي.
